Day 6 - Century ride again..

Tough day I must admit... Hot and long... even though I was feeling OK still peed all thick yellow at the end despite drinking more than 3 gallons of water along the way...

 

I took this picture to show how easy it to ride theCherokee Foothill SC11 after 30 miles when the dedicated lane ended and there was no shoulder at all...

 

It gotten to high 95F today - it was hot..

 

What a day though, don’t regret a minute of it...

 

There is no UBER or LYFT in the area but local cab company
